His first job in construction had him working in a ditch at age 15 with the family-owned business, Larry Snyder & Co. It was there that he learned to respect hard-working men and women, and that respect permeates Greenway today. Dusty has always insisted on a corporate culture that treats everyone with dignity and respect. Every project is completed with safe, quality work, and everyone at Snyder Construction Group is committed to doing what they say they’ll do.
